A 4-week virtual program helping incoming college freshmen build the routines, organization, and confidence needed for a successful transition to college.

Starting college can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. This summer series is designed to help students develop the executive functioning, wellness, and time management skills needed to thrive during their first semester.
Through interactive Zoom sessions, students will learn practical strategies they can immediately apply to academics, routines, stress management, and daily college life.
This program takes place virtually over Zoom and that meeting links will be emailed prior to each session.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once payment is received, the meeting link for each session will be sent out the day before the session.
