College Success Programs

1:1 Success Program for PRE COLLEGE STUDENTs

This program is for students who are entering college. Students will learn the necessary skills to be successful in this next stage of life. 


Students will learn to...


  • Dive deeper into what their specific university has to offer
  • Balance work and social life
  • Advocate for themselves 
  • Manage stress and anxiety
  • Implement positive sleep habits
  • Include physical activity into their daily routine
  • Plan schedules that will work for their busy lifestyle


Details 

  • Sessions take place over Google Meet
  • Weekly check-ins on students progress, with feedback


Summer Program Pricing

  • Five 50 minute sessions 
  • Two one hour parent sessions 


Semester Pricing (15-16 weeks)

  • Weekly 50 minute calls 
  • Includes the five hour summer program 


1:1 Success Program for Current College Students

This program is for students in college ready to gain the necessary knowledge to help them thrive and become the best version of themselves. 


Students learn by... 


  • Setting up an efficient studying and organizational system (for the dorm room and library)
  • Managing schedules
  • Advocating for oneself 
  • Planning ahead and preparing for long-term assignments, projects, exams
  • Eliminating procrastination 
  • Helping with motivation
  • Balancing work and social life
  • Encouraging healthy eating habits
  • Learning stress management techniques
  • Implementing positive sleep habits
  • Creating a positive physical activity routine
  • Reviewing outstanding work
