Loaded No Mayo Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Pre packaged chicken (Trader Joes) 
  • One single serving greek yogurt 
  • Two boiled eggs
  • One apple
  • 2 Celery Stocks  
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 

Instructions

1. Chop chicken, eggs, apple, celery and add to a bowl. 

2. Take a chopper (salad chopper) and chop all ingredients to size desired.

3. Add in Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 

4. Stir to combine

5. Enjoy the best chicken salad you have ever had!
