Chicken fajita bowls
Ingredients
- Chicken (breast or thighs)
- 1–2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cup frozen roasted corn
- 1 avocado or prepared guacamole
- Shredded cheese (your choice)
- Lettuce, chopped
- Hot sauce or Siete sauce
- Siete Foods Fajita Seasoning
- Salsa
Instructions
- Season the chicken generously with Siete Fajita Seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the sliced red peppers and onion until softened. Add the frozen roasted corn and cook until heated through.
- While the vegetables are cooking, chop the lettuce and prepare the avocado or guacamole and other toppings.
- Assemble your plate with the cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, lettuce, cheese, salsa, and guacamole.
- Finish with a drizzle of hot sauce or Siete sauce for an extra kick.
