Chicken Cabbage/Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage or Bibb lettuce (for the wraps)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage (for filling)
  • 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced or shredded
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • Hot sauce or your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Grill, bake, or sauté chicken breast and slice or shred once cooked. Season as desired (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.).
  2. Assemble the wraps:
    • Gently separate cabbage leaves or Bibb lettuce cups.
    • Lay them flat on a plate.
    • Layer with shredded cabbage, grilled chicken, sliced peppers, carrots, and avocado.

        3. Top it off: Drizzle with hot sauce or your favorite dressing.

        4. Serve immediately and enjoy as a light, fresh, and satisfying meal!

Optional Add-ins

  • Add a squeeze of lime for freshness
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped cilantro
  • Use peanut or tahini sauce for a creamy twist
