Burger Bowls

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium sweet potato, diced
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • Pickles, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Avocado oil or olive oil (for cooking)
  • Seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper

Optional sauces: hot sauce, ketchup, or Siete Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep the sweet potato:
Dice the sweet potato into small cubes. Toss with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
  2. Roast the Brussels sprouts:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  3. Cook the beef and onions:
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced onions in a little olive oil until soft and translucent. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the bowls:
In a large bowl, layer chopped romaine lettuce, ground beef, roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, sautéed onions, pickles, and avocado.

Top it off
Drizzle with your choice of hot sauce, ketchup, or Siete Sauce—or all three!

Note: This recipe is super customizable. Feel free to add other toppings like shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, or a fried egg—whatever makes your bowl feel like your burger!
